Any type of HTML coding, or software I need to use to block it.
P.S - If software, is there any free ones?

While drbrain is right with the recommendations for browsers, I think you mean that you want to block the pop-ups for your users, not just for yourself.
There are a few example Javascript codes which attempt to block the Geocities popups, but I'm not going to post any here for one very simple reason: in the terms of service for Geocities (and most other free hosting sites), it is absolutely not permitted to use such code to block the popups which serve as the only revenue earner for the free hosting providers. If they find you using such code, they will cancel your account and delete your site without warning.
While I understand that you don't like the popups on your site, the only way you are going to get a popup-free experience for your visitors is if you switch to paid hosting. There are a load of hosting companies out there which offer real hosting for less than $5 a month.
The only problem I notice is that they generate about 20 html errors!
But yeah, go to getfirefox.com and get an updated browser for free.
