Main browsers to test site in?

What are the main browsers to test in, is it safe to download them all, or will they conflict?
My list so far is:

IE,
Opera,
Mozilla,
Netscape,
Safari...

The only real trouble is having multiple versions of IE on one machine. With something like VMWare you can get around this though...
