Users entering data into an embedded spreadsheet on a webpage

I want to offer visitors to a site the opportunity of entering data to an Excel spreadsheet through a web page. Can anyone advise on the best way of doing this?

I know that I can save an Excel document as a web page but I would prefer to create a page with the spreadsheet embedded in it so that visitors can enter their own data and get their own results.
