I have a large table of about 12 columns, by a few hundred rows. In IE 6.0 the table rendering is quick and takes less than two seconds. In Netscape 7.0 (as well as Firefox, and Mozilla 1.4b) though it takes upwards of 30 seconds to render the same table as it fills in the rows in bursts appending new rows to the end of the table slowly over the time period.
Does anybody have any work around suggestions?
