Fixing Frames

How do I make those arrows go away?

I have been working on designing a site for my business, but am having problems with frames. When I pull up my page in a web browser, I get these ugly gray lines where the frames divide.

To make it worse, the lines are acutally resize bars. When I move my cursor over a line, resize arrows appear and I can drage the fram around. I do not want internet users to be able to drag these frames around, as it would be very annoying.

How do I make these lines go away?

set frame border to 0 and set noscroll

I don't know if I totally agree with the noscroll. that would depend on the visitors monitor resolution, in which case, content would extend beyond the browser window. It's been so, SO many years since I've developed a framed site that I can't even remember whether the content beyond the browser's fullsize view becomes inaccessible or the browser window renders scrollbars at will anyway...

if you set the frame to a certain height then the scrolling will happen on the outside of the frame.

NOSCROLL is ok if you are certain that that the height of the frame is always going to be sufficient, e.g. a banner at the top of the screen.
