Hi,

I'm working with a couple of developers building sites, and recently we were able to check out lovely sites on a Mac. (We use PCs). To our horror the pages looked like they were trying to escape the screen, with bits everywhere. I understand this might be something to do with how this browser handles the css "float" command, but am at a loss as to how to fix the sites to look reasonable.

We'd rather not have to make any structural changes if possible, so does anyone know of a good approach to fixing up the CSS to be more compliant with this broswer? (The sites look fine in Safari)

Many thanks,

Don

Hey Don,

Are you talking about IE on the Mac? If so, this is one of the buggiest CSS browsers around! Mac Edition has a greeat list of Mac IE5 bugs here [macedition.com].
