On the latest version of Netscape navigator I found that the <marquee> tag is already supported by the said browser, same with IE support the <blink> tag.
Does netscape navigator suport vbscript now?

New versions of Netscape (and Firefox and Opera) do support the marquee tag - but not vbscript.
