creating html email -- how?

I can create a web page. How do I send it in an email?

I'm a Webmaster who doesn't know how to send Web files in an email, or how to create an html email.

Can I place a link in the email source code to have a Web page send in the email itself (not as an attachment), with clickable links like a regular Web page? Or what is the best way to create an html email (without buying new software)? I use Dreamweaver, etc.

I'm using OS 10.3 with Mail 1.3.8 and Entourage 10.0.0. I also have a Windows 2000 computer with Outlook Express 6.0, but I'd rather keep it on the Mac side.
-thanks

I think that Thunderbird can be used on Macs. If so, it is similar to Outlook Express.

You need to create a HTML template, just like a web page. You may be able to do it another way, but I always upload any images to my web host, then link the images to the host.

In Thunderbird there is an option to "send attachment inline". You attach the html file and send it. That's it.
