Flick through images

Hello ladies and gents

I am looking for a kind of scroller or "flicker" if you may wish. This is how it goes...i have a webpage which displays standing units...... i want a kind of flicker with back and forth buttons which change the disply image at a window...plus when you click on the image choosen you can display the unit...i hope that i make some sense..i can show what i mean but i know that is forums policy not links. Thank you in advance for your help.

This sounds something like what is called a slideshow. Is it?

Not really as a slide show is something that happens lets in a pre-defined interval. I want the images to rotate/flip on command and when you click on them change the main frame.

Take a look around codelifter.com...I can't remember what the thing you want is called ( on their site )..But anyway I seem to remeber seeing it there..If not try also dynamic drive sripts ...

trying to see how the thing works is much better than someone posting the complete script here and you just copying it wholesale....
