proper inbound link

Hello,
For setting up inbound links to my site i want to have a setup like 'MyDomain - keyword1, keyword2' But is this the proper way to set this up? Will the engines pick apart the keywords or should i set it up like 'MyDomain-keyword1-keyword2', even though i dont think this reads as well...?

You do not have to mention your domain in the link text.It always better to use keyword1, keyword2 instead of keyword1-keyword2. The second form is used in filenames.
