Space Frame equally from all sides

this is the website i am creating and i want the frame to be always centered and have the same distance from the sides. Any ideas how can i do that?...i am using DMX2004. thank you in advance for your help

Add two more cols to your frameset, one on each side and set to *

[IT_Master]

I am not using a frameset i am using a single iframe....do you thing that it is better if i use a table or something like it instead?
