Sirsearch (powersearch) toolbar how do I remove that sh..

I just wanted to see how the toolbar looked on the browser and how it works, but now I cant remove it I tried for hours now.

Download Spybot Search and Destroy - it should clean it up for you. That'll teach you for deliberately installing scumware! ;)

zeus -- try searching on Google. You should see a few sites that have a special focus on this apparently challenging uninstall. It takes a manual registry edit.

Sorry Spybot didn't work - it claims to be able to do it. Looking on Google, it looks like it's a major job with the registry editor. Good luck on this one!

I have just removed internet explorer, because you cant realy uninstall it, so I removed some maps, now I cans find a place to download a full internet explorer any ware, on microsoft.com I download a explorer SP 6 which should have it all, but I can still not open the explorer.

I think Im going to see a movie now, before I destroy my computer, right now I use Opera, I dont like it.

Damn Im pist on this toolbar, I can just see it infront of me when I have installed the expoler again the toolbar pops up agaain, then I will destroy something.

This is crazy, I still cant remove the sirsearch toolbar, I have never seen that before, this is realy a bad mf, so if someone realy needs a challenge related to toolbar/spyware, here it is remove the toolbar if you can. I glad Im getting a new computer first next month, then its gone.

Ok I have finaly fixed the problem the toolbar is gone, I used the Hijack scanner, so if someone gets the same problem I hope they make a search on webmasterworld for:

remove sirsearch toolbar
remove powersearch toolbar

so that must be it
