You can make a page non resizeable, u can take away the tools, you can take way the status bar, how do you get rid of the title bar?

Who on earth would want to visit a page like that?!? If I can't control or do anything or see anything on the page, you can be sure I'm leaving immediately.

But anyway, with most operating systems this is not possible. Example: on Macintosh, you cannot suppress the title bar because only modal dialogs use a window without a title bar. Suppressing the title bar would be contrary to Macintosh Human Interface Guidelines and would create an immovable window.

You can do it in Opera by pressing F11. But it's a user operation.

BTW, you can override various things like a non-resizeable page in Opera as well (I do it all the time on my bank's web site - but please don't tell them;)).

As a user triggered functionality, yes... But not using JavaScript or anything else :)

Well, actually... that's not quite true. You should be able to do whatever you want using C++.
