BBedit - replacing " with "

Hi all :-)
For some reason, I've run into a snag tonight. I can't get BBedit to find and replace all the quotes: " with "

I can replace other stuff...and I know I've done this in the past but can't get it to work tonight....is it the & sign causing the problem or that these are special characters...oh and I can get it to replace a " IF the quote sign has a space between it and the next character.

Hi Guys...

I figured it out...yeah! I was copy and pasting text from a word processor and putting it into BBedit...turns out the quotes weren't ascii...so if this happens to you...just go into the tools menu of BBedit and select convert to ascii and then the find and replace for all characters will work :-)

I've run into the same thing with other software and was about to suggest you look into that possibility. Non-ascii characters are such a PAIN!
