Is it possible to put CO2 in a <select drop down menu with the 2 being a superscript character?

Thanks, Peter

No way that I know of. Browser support is almost non-existent for anything but "straight ahead" text in a select option.

Just as an aside, I believe that the correct chemical notation would be a subscript, at least if you are referring to carbon dioxide.

True, I think you would have to rig together something that works and acts like a dropdown using javascript to perform highlighting and keeping up with what the user has selected, if there are to be multiple dropdowns

Thanks for the input. Now I won't waste my time trying.

Hmm. Showed my scientific mind. Actually I'm trying to list an Anheuser-Busch product called Bacardi Silver O3 with the 3 superscript.

Thanks.
