I downloaded Mozilla 1.5 today to checkout my site layout in there, as I only had 1.3 and wanted to update, been ages since I looked at 1.3 (I disappoint my husband I know) me and IE! hehe
Anyways, both the 1.3 I had and the 1.5 I downloaded when I view my website it comes up missing a background image I have, and one of my images it reports as a broken link, and when I right click the image to view it, it says
The image “MYSITE/Main/News_Rumors.gif” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.
Its just a transpartent background gif, not animated or anything, I checked the code and the surrounding code and couldn't see an error in the html near it.
Now on my husbands computer and version on Mozilla it all displays fine!
Any ideas as to what is causing this? I am not very familar with Mozilla, it was just a standard install.
Hope someone has an answer for me hehe :)
thanx!

If you have a previous version of Mozilla installedBefore installing a new version of Mozilla, you should uninstall your previous version first. If you have a third-party extension installed, particularly the spell checker, you should also completely delete your Mozilla install directory before making a new install. Do not install over an old Mozilla version.
