A while ago in a thread about preventing downloads someone gave a link to a Microsoft Tech Support page that described a problem with pages created with Excell 2k.

The problem prevents the page from being saved because there is something about the file that IE does not know how to handle. The example mentioned in the Tech Support page was MSN.com

But I can not recreate the error even if I put to gether a dummy page from Excell 2k on my own. Can anyone see anything wrong with the code on the MSN page that may cause the problem? Would it possibly have something to do with embedding a file into the page?

I finally found it: here [support.microsoft.com]

I'm not sure if it is saying that Excel saves the file incorrectly, or if it embeds something into the code that causes the error, and I have been unable to cause the same error.

I would like to know what line(s) cause the error because it would be a nice thing to include on one of my sites that has a large amount of copyright images. I think it would make my clients happy anyway.
