I have my web page set up in tables but to get a guesstbook I want it to open the guestbook's web page inside the same table a the content is on an all the other web pages.

ex. theres a tableat the top with a header img, and table on the left with a menu, and a table in the middle for the page content, I want a web-page to open inside this center table like if I insert a frame thats the same size as the table in the table.
