Best place to point users to learn why they should upgrade their browser?

I've finally decided to start using CSS more thoroughly in my sites, which means I'll be giving the NN4 users unstyled pages. I'd like to at least include a short explanation of why they are receiving a "bland" looking page, but I don't want to take more than a few sentences. Any suggestions on a page I could link them to which would explain, in easy to understand terms, why they should upgrade their browser (maybe with some good browser links, too)? I guess I could create one myself, but I assume there is already something good out there.

From the [webstandards.org...] page:

Note to site builders: The WaSP Browser Upgrade Campaign has come to a close. As such we ask that you discontinue your use of this upgrade message and visit the Beyond the Browser Upgrade Campaign page to learn about what to do instead.

Try this for more information: [webstandards.org...]

I think it's best if you write your own page. :)
