Don't want a webpage indexed

What do I need to include in my html so that that particular page will not be indexed? (Many outgoing links to resources, but don't want to extend my pagerank to those pages.)

I wouldn't do that! The page just has many links for my visitors off site to other resources (my affiliate links to several products). I want to limit my off-site pagerank to those that I exchange links with, not to affiliate pages that won't show up in serps anyway...
