New to Frames - need help!

I just want one frame for 1 page

When I hit a button - it redirects to a brand new domain - So I want to put the top header into a frame, so that you can get back to my site.

But only for this one button. How do I do this?

Have it redirect to a frameset that calls the new site in the mainframe. Just use the frameset there and have the button in the header bust out of the frame.
