One of our members, hartlandcat, has just completed a 9 month labor of love and created an extremely thorough and up-to-date set of reference charts for browser support [members.fortunecity.com].

The charts are organized by operating system, including Windows, Macintosh, Linux, Unix, IBM OS/2 Warp, BeOS, Televisions & Game Consoles, Amiga, Acorn, RiscOS, NeXTStep, and AtheOS.

I'm still hoping for some enterprising soul to catalog the details of javascript support, at least over the principal and most recent browser versions -- and most especially bugs in the most commonly used objects of the DOM.

Please drop me a Sticky Mail if you see such a resource and I'll post the link.

Do you need to know simply what browsers support JavaScript? Or do you want the specific version number of JavaScript that's present in each browser? If it's the former, I can help via my browscap.ini project. If it's the later I cannot help because I don't track version information, just whether a browser supports JavaScript.
