Welcome to WebmasterWorld, krassimir.

With some caching servers, you can hold CTRL while you press the Refresh/Reload button and that will force the caching server to get an updated page. If that doesn't work, maybe call your ISP and ask them for help.

krassimir,

Welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com]!

Use s-maxage=[seconds] in your cache-control header. How you configure this header depends on what kind of server your site is hosted on, or on the scripting language (if any) you use to serve pages.
