A weather code that will validate

Does anyone know of one?

I've always added the local weather to my website using a link provided by a site such as localweather.com - well they have changed the link code and it no longer validates. I've tried most of the major sites that provide weather to your website and none will pass validation - does anyone know of a site which provides such information that will pass validation? Or perhaps an easy to use CGI program that doesn't require SSI - thanks

Does this fix it?

Correct the entity errors by changing every & in the URLs to be & instead.
