In conjunction with the $750 million settlement, the two companies announced a seven-year licensing agreement that allows AOL Time Warner to use Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser in its flagship Internet service provider service.

Well, we all thought that the next AOL browser would be a Gecko derivative, and on the Mac supposedly it is. I was hoping this would happen on the PC too. I agree that the option to use IE for free is likely to undo the plans to use Gecko.

As of today, there is nothing posted about this matter on the AOL Webmaster information site at [webmaster.info.aol.com...]
