open a Excel file on the desire tablet table

I've got a different links onto the same Excel File which made of mitres.

Each link should open this file, but each link should open the corresponding mitre.

Hi, there's no error, but it doesn't work like I'd like.
And I've a problem of translation with mitre (itcan be the sheet on the bottom of Excel file)
