At this address the flash movie on index2 won't display. Is this the servers? I'm at a loss. The server support doesn't seem to know what the problems are. I wonder if it has something to do with the PVII snap-to-layer code which I've used for the first time. This is a beta test site.

One of the reasons is that test sites have a way of changing when the issue is resolved. They cannot be counted on to remain online and support the thread throughout all of its future readership.
I'm sure there can be many ideas offered for your challenge, but the discussion needs to be done in words so that the thread retains its value into the future. Perhaps you can fill us in with a few more relevant details, including unsuccessful fixes you've already tried, any differences between the Flash code in each case, the details about "PVII snap-to-layer" and so on.
