WebmasterWorld has MANY threads about meta tags which you can find using the site search [webmasterworld.com] link at the top of each page.

However, there's so much information there it could be overwhelming and difficult to pry out exactly what you need. What specific questions do you have? Correct syntax? Whether they help on search engines? Which tags matter?

Here's a pretty extensive resource on it:

[searchenginewatch.com...]

Honestly though, most SEO's would tell you that META tags aren't really all that important anymore... but we're a paranoid sort, since SE's don't explicitly tell us much, so we use them anyway.

Thanks! Mainly I just need to know the code for them, and how to use them and where to place them either by hand or using macromedia contribute. :) I want to have them "just in case" its important to the search engines. lol
