Scrolling script

Scroll stopped scrolling

Stumped in shaky town.

Can anyone shed some light on this problem?.
I had a scrolling script which worked before.
Now it wont.
I don't know if it's me or the problem exists on the host end.
I uploaded another that works on my pc, however when I
pull the page down the script just has a grey bar where
the script should be running.
What gives?

Your reference to a gray bar makes me think this is a Java applet. Is this correct? Or is it Javascript?

I stand corrected, it is an applet.
I'm late responding because I was taking advantage of
fair health and doing some spring thing in the garden.
