Windows error message, now getting LARGE font in ie..

I just came back to my pc to find a windows error message, I did not pay attention to it and just hit return. Now even after several re-boots IE font size has increased very large, tried playing around with some settings. But no luck, can any point to some help. thanks. rd

What happens when you set your view settings to text size smallest? Do you remember what the error message was? Does it have large sizes on sites that specify font size?

Another place you can look is not in the browser, but in the windows Control Panel - under display > settings > advanced
