another linking iframes question

linking to specific pages within an iframe from a site map

For a school project I have to create a site map within a pop-up window which links to every page in the site.

However, another stipulation for this project is that I have to use iframes on some of these pages.

So I need to know how to link from the pop up site map to an html document within an iframe on another html document.

I apologize if this is confusing. I can't think of any clearer way to explain it.

Frankly, "link from the pop up site map to an html document within an iframe on another html document" doesn't make any sense to me.

My advice: Get a clarification of this before proceeding.

Or, if you think you know what's required, try explaining it another way.
