form help!

submiting pictures to email in attachments

I need a script for HTML for people to submit pictures to my email anyone know one for HTML because my host doesnt support PHP or asp or a suvice that does it for free becuase im low on cash - thanx

You are not allowed to post personal URL's, but I'll leave that to the moderator.

HTML can only make the form itself, can't process it... for the form processing, you would need something like php, cgi, etc.

sorry about the link i wanted so if you didnt know what i was talking about to go see on the page i have a CGI account but when i submit a picture it comes out all in text not as a picture know any sites that offer it?
