I would like to:

Receive email from client's website: process it; record it; and fax it to the client.

Why?

Well, the client does not want to have to check his emails all the time. He would
like to receive a fax whenever someone fills his form online?

Is there software ( preferably free ) that does this? If so, what is it?

There USED to be a free system, back in the good ol' days before commerce took over, but it never really was very reliable.

However... [efax.co.uk...] probably does what you want. If you are outside the UK, try the .com version of the site.

Take a look at dmclub, they have 0845 and 0870 email to fax.

I don't have any experience with it and it might not be reliable enough for commercial use, but www.tpc.int seems to offer mail-to-fax services for free.
