Frontpage 2002 rollovers in Netscape

I've made some button rollovers using Frontpage 2002 dynamic HTML effects and they don't work in Netcape browsers. Is this code not standards compliant? Will the Dreamweaver "Cleanup FrontPage HTML Sitewide" Extension clean this up?

I'm not familiar with what FP's DHTML looks like. How about posting the code for just one anchor tag - and change the URL involved to read "example.com".

You also might pick up a clue from this thread - Bare Bones Rollover Code [webmasterworld.com]. There you can read what the essential parts of a javascript rollover are and figure out how much extra/junk code FP is adding in.
