[utf-8] support in browsers and spiders

Does anyone know which major AND minor browsers and search-engine spiders support utf-8?

Very compat with all major browsers and spiders (atleast in ascii english), since it is backward compat.

Where you get into problems is with form content. You don't always know what the browser is going to send back. You might ask for utf-8, and get back ascii with high ascii chars from who-knows-what character set.
