cleaning excel imported tables

removing the rubbish styles, etc

Hi!
Hope you can help with this....i have several tables to import from excel and i want to remove the ton of needless formatting i get with a straight copy and paste..i'm using frontpage but its the same with dreamweaver..i cant find any program or titbit that will help get rid of the rubbish but that will leave me with a table!

Im talking about this sort of thing:

you can also get Paste Special via Right Click.
