(In Internet Explorer) I noticed today that on one of my site's pages, the words 'small business' had an orange green line underneath that linked to American Express- Financial Advice Center. This might be a topic that's been discussed around here or a service that IE is doing. But since I don't like surprises I thought I'd ask...Is this just local to my machine or is someone planting links without me in the convo?

Is the link in your local source file? You know, the one you work on locally before uploading to the host.

Sound suspiciously like spyware to me. I suggest you download adaware and run it on your machine. You might find you have some unwanted programs installed.

It's not in the source code anywhere. I will check it out- this could be a by-product of KaZaa then?

Thanks-

Ad-aware is right on, thanks for letting me know about it. I had 73 ad files lurking in the background- and manipulating my website no less! I'd like to know how to stop the flood gates to begin with though.
