Builiding a new site and I was unsure about the topic subject. Should I still worry and block these?

Can't say anything about "KaZaa" but MS Smart Tags do not exist.

Ezula was the little app bundled with Kazaa that caused the "scumware" buzz.

Is that correct? Last I heard was that Microsoft cancelled the idea, but M$ forgot to remove the code from Office XP or some such program.

Although there may indeed be some Beta's out there with code availability, there is no server-side support, therefore no functionality.
