Guys, I remember that a while ago it was a big discussion here about old Netscape 4 (again!) - why you don't upgrade .... and so and so on.
There were several excellent posts describing WHY some users don't upgrade, or have no ability to upgrade if they want to do it.

I'll be very glad if you could point me to this thread - I can't find it now. I need to give it to somebody to read and shut up...
