ShogunTrader They prefer you do not solicite for site reviews. I understand you are not wanting content review but this still seems to be to fall into what they prefer not to have on the board. A good place to ask for site reviews is any one of the relevant usenet groups (all are accessible from groups.google.com): comp.infosystems.www.authoring.site-design, c.i.w.a.html, c.i.w.a.stylesheets, etc.
