Setting up a board like this ONE?

I have a serious LEARNING curve....

I would like to set up a board very similar to this where pics can be uploaded and the option of user logins...

Even though I can design a little, I would prefer that you would assume I've never designed a website before which means instructions from start to finish and where to find the most user friendly script for a board of this type...

If you've never done anything like this before, here are a few tips.

First of all, don't expect to be able to start off with an extremely fancy forum. Start with a simple one and extend it as you go.

Search on the web, there are TONS of free scripts. Select one that best suits your needs, and go from there.
