Pop an IE window from a link inside AOL

how would i pop an external IE window when clicking on a link inside aol

Any ideas on how I would go about making an IE window pop up when clicking on a link inside aol's internal browser?

Are you having problems launching a new window from your page when viewed with AOL specifically?

Not having a problem, just for the application I am doing I specifically need to have a page inside AOL hyperlinked some way to pop up an IE window.
