Making Netscape browsers wrap Title Attributes

In Explorer when using title="" attribute in table rows and link elements, Explorer wraps long titles and things are great.

In Netscape and depending on the absolute position of the attribute it is always displayed as a single line and most often runs off the view screen.

Can Netscape be forced parameters and if so how?

I never found a way to control the title attribute display. Would be very intersted in any technique that can, but I doubt it exists.
