I want to check my understanding. In your Explorer 6, images with no links render on screen - all the time on every site - but if the image is linked, then any image anywhere never renders. Is that exactly the case?

I looked at all the options under Tools > Internet Options, and I'm stumped. It doesn't sound like normal behavior at all. Could it be a corrupt browser?

Yes you are right, but I have seen that some times a single banner with a link is OK.

I just cant find out what is wrong.

tedster I have fixed the problem now, I had a spyblocker installed and have then uninstalled it and after that the problems came.

Now I have reinstalled the spyblocker and everything is ok.
