Front Page and other applications used in a single web site

Sorry for the question, but is it possiple to use one single ISP account and domain name to run Front page for the main body of my web site and any other E-commerce application for the commercial part of my web site??
All the above using just one internet account and domain name.

Sure...just make folder/directory for your E-commerce application and don't use FP in that directory. Then your FP extensions won't get messed up.
