IE7 was announced in February 2005, with the promise of betas by the summer. As it stands in June 2006, there is no indication that IE7 final will be available before the expected launch of Windows Vista, which itself has been pushed back until early 2007.
Any solutions to the bugginess of IE7 beta 2? Sure, there's Firefox, Opera... ;)
