The site I need to save has a password, I can browse it using with the password with any internet browser, I am searching for a utility that can save the WebPages. Possibly I need a tool that has build-in browser and while I am browsing the software should save all the files.

Is there any?

Internet explorer has this functionality... Just go to File > Save Page As...

Be sure Save as type says "Web Page, complete"

You can also do this through the favorites menu:

  1. Add the target/root page to your IE favorites
  2. Open the 'Favorites' drop-down menu and right-click on the page you just added, then select "Make available offline"

This should open up a wizard that will ask you how many links deep you want to save and then offer you other options relating to the download.
