Hi all,

I'm designing an HTML tutorial website. And I'd like to know from you guys whether to exclude frames since most people detest them so much.

i'd say frames are pretty important,

they also help teach core concepts like 'target'

Frames are not bad, when used properly.

I would definately include them, but make sure you point out the downside to using them.

Search Engines have trouble "seeing" content buried in frames.

On the same line I built a pretty involving CMS that requires a substantial manual support.
Its admin is surrounded by frames so one can exec admin commends while searching the manual, displaying the results and still being able to operate in admin mode without leaving admin.
I do not use frames but would not have considered anything else for the job at hand.
