I have run xenu link sleuth and in the result it says "untitled document" but the page clearly has a title. Can someone shed some light on this please as I am stuck.

There could be a markup problem on the page which is preventing the link checker from identifying the title, for example a missing or extra closing tag. First step would be to check the page with the HTML validator [validator.w3.org] to see if anything obvious comes up.
