The girl that updated my site forgot to add the scroll bars. You can navigate by sliding the mouse and holding down the right button, but many of my customers don't know this? Can someone help me add the bars myself, and I don't know much about computers, so I really need help!D Russell

Welcome to the forums russells!

Scroll bars come as standard one the content exceeds the length or width of the screen, so your web designer has probably disactivated them within the markup. Is there any mention of scrolling in the markup, such as

scrolling="no"
on defined frames, or anything which mentions overflow such as
overflow:hidden;
(maybe in a .css file)?

or perhaps your webmaster styled them with CSS so that they blend in to the background and you can nto notice them

There are files and I will check tomorrow. The site has a way to see items by pressing down the right side of the mouse and holding it and sliding it at the same time but my customers don\t always know to do this. I would prefer a scroll that is visible. I really am not a pc person, but feel I could fix this with a little help.. Please & Thanks DRussell
